Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton was ejected from Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans in London because of an illegal helmet-to-helmet hit that concussed the Titans’ Chris Moore in the third quarter.
As Moore reached up to catch a pass over his head, Hamilton launched headfirst into the left side of Moore’s helmet.
Moore dropped the ball and remained on the ground as flags were tossed.
Hamilton was tossed from the game following a short discussion among the officials.
Moore was able to get to his feet and leave the field under his own power, but was ruled to have suffered a concussion that would keep the receiver out for at least the rest of the game.
Hamilton, who argued the call, was booed by the crowd at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as he walked off the field following the ejection.
Titans running back Derrick Henry ran for a 15-yard touchdown on the next play to help them cut Baltimore’s lead at the time to 18-13.
The 22-year-old Hamilton earlier made a good tackle on tight end Josh Whyle that resulted in Whyle getting checked for a concussion.
